Welcome to Holy Roots Landscaping ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and communications, including SMS/text messaging. By requesting services, accepting an estimate, submitting a contact form, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Holy Roots Landscaping provides residential and commercial landscaping services, including but not limited to:
Lawn mowing
Landscape maintenance
Mulch and rock installation
Hedge and shrub trimming
Palm tree maintenance
Sod installation
Irrigation repairs
Seasonal cleanups
Other landscaping services agreed upon in writing
2. Estimates
All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Additional charges may apply if:
Additional work is requested.
Hidden conditions are discovered.
Site conditions differ from those originally observed.
Material or labor costs increase before work begins.
Any additional charges will be communicated before work is completed whenever reasonably possible.
3. Scheduling
Appointment dates are estimates and may change due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your appointment must be rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe access to the property.
Secure pets before service.
Remove obstacles from work areas.
Clearly identify underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, and other hidden hazards.
Notify us of any property concerns before work begins.
Holy Roots Landscaping is not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked utilities or property features.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur applicable late fees where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees where allowed by law.
6. Recurring Maintenance
Recurring lawn maintenance continues until cancelled by either party.
Customers may cancel recurring service by providing advance notice before the next scheduled visit.
Service pricing may change periodically due to increases in labor, fuel, insurance, equipment, or material costs. Customers will receive notice before any pricing changes take effect.
7. Weather Delays
Services may be delayed because of rain, severe weather, unsafe working conditions, or saturated ground.
Delayed services will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Plant and Lawn Health
We cannot guarantee:
Survival of plants or sod
Weed-free landscapes
Disease prevention
Insect prevention
Specific growth rates
Recovery from pre-existing damage
Landscape performance depends on irrigation, weather, soil conditions, maintenance, pests, and other factors beyond our control.
9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Holy Roots Landscaping, you consent to receive text messages related to your services.
These messages may include:
Appointment reminders
Schedule confirmations
Service updates
Quote notifications
Invoice notifications
Payment reminders
Customer support communications
Promotional offers (only where permitted and if you have consented)
Message frequency varies depending on your services and interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

Opting out of SMS messages may prevent us from sending appointment reminders, scheduling updates, or other service-related notifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided as described in the approved estimate.
If you believe work was not completed as agreed, please notify us within seven (7) days so we may inspect the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
13. Cancellations
Either party may cancel one-time services before work begins.
If materials have already been purchased or work has started, the customer is responsible for labor performed and non-returnable materials.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, and written materials are the property of Holy Roots Landscaping and may not be copied without written permission.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
